The Fixture Gallery At Consolidated Supply

My husband and I visited the Fixture Gallery today in Eugene, and much to our surprise the showroom was being renovated. Without missing a beat, Linda Harris-Rogers sat us down in an office and proceeded to complete our plumbing wish list for a new house we are building. Linda was able to quickly identify all of the necessary components from vendor catalogs and supplemented the information with visuals from her IPad. We found her insight and knowledge extremely helpful since this is our first experience in building a home. Before the end of the day, there was an email from Linda which included detailed specifications and a plan of action. Her professionalism and efficiency in handling our needs was excellent. I would highly recommend the staff at the The Fixture Gallery and give them 5 stars.

Staff is skilled and knowledgeable. Items are nice. Prices while normal for high end stuff are high. So if you have the $$$ great place. And if you don't you can see what you should aim for at the big box hardware stores.

Had a great experience at Fixture Gallery in Tigard. Pole' showed us around, helped us curate and narrow down choices so everything didn't turn into a scavenger hunt, and answered our questions with patience and good humor. Sinks and faucets, bathroom pedestal, shower hardware, got it all figured out, thanks!

My advice is go to the showroom and see everything you want to buy. Then go online and find it FASTER and CHEAPER. As a home owner, these people don't care about you. No one did anything to help me when I expressed my concern for needing my order after 4 weeks of waiting. In fact, it felt as if they did not want to complete my order at all. They said there was nothing they can do. A quick search on Amazon and most of my items arrived in within 3 days and I saved money

Inside Consolidated Supply in Tigard. Nice place for quality plumbing supplies, faucets, tubs, showers, sinks, and so on. Need an appointment.

Nice options, but not very many of them. Poor communication. Slow to respond. Delays not communicated. When I went to pick it up, I had a broken foot and had to hobble in, but then was directed to the will call. When arrived, no one was there and I couldn’t get up the stairs.

This is one of the best showrooms in the greater Portland area, they keep their displays updated and have super helpful staff, in particularly Claire! Thanks for a great shop that I love bringing my clients to. Tony the Cabinet Maker

I would have given a much lower star rating for lack of inventory for what I was looking for and was not able to wait for a new shipment, but Wesley Garcia was so pleasant and fun to work with and so helpful that I left the showroom empty-handed but with a smile.
