Terrible service. The installers failed to show up on time twice - and I mean they were several hours late - and then improperly installed the transition strips twice. As I write, the flooring manager is a no show for a three hour appointment he scheduled with me to correct the problems.

The Flooring Gallery was easy to work with! Caryn the sales rep was great! There was no pressure. She walked me through all my options and  let me take home large samples.
