The Florida Hotel & Conference Center

Overall it was great! It’s literally in the mall! Very convenient for the price. Some dust in the room, but I’m the only one that notices because of my allergies. My family liked it.

Checked in with James, who was on-point with his level of courtesy and knowledge imparted to me during the few minutes we had. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bath and Body Works bath products was a nice surprise for my better half.

This hotel has friendly staff, great breakfast and comfortable bed. What more can I ask for it? I stayed one night during a work trip, and I remembered a server who name Jesus at breakfast. He was so nice and made us feel so special. There is a shopping mall next by the hotel and I would recommend this hotel for future staying.

I love that the hotel was connected to the mall. The mall is pretty big The hotel was great and the people were friendly. There's dining and a bar in the lobby. Room service was open until 1 am so that was different. I enjoyed myself and you will also.

I had never stayed here but a corporate event was held at this location and I got the opportunity to stay. I was happily surprised with this hotel. Excellent hotel, clean large rooms, great staff and inside access to the Florida Mall. The event included lunch and breakfast both of which were very good as well. It's 5 stars from me.
