I needed the cylinder replaced on my door. I called a few locksmith operations and needless to say, they sounded a bit sketchy and could not give me an estimate over the phone. I was grateful when my realtor recommended Tony from The Flying Locksmiths. I called him, told him what I needed and he gave me a firm quote over the phone. He sent over one of his techs, Angel who did a great job replacing the cylinder. Prompt, professional and reliable service. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a locksmith and I would certainly use them again.
Fantastic Company. Tony, the manager, is very friendly and highly professional. Tony follows up with all customers and gave us a high quality lock installation, with locks that close like butter. His locksmith, Mr. Nunez, is always on time and professional. We met the Flying Locksmith through ADT security company to install a deadbolt keypadlock on our Brownstone. Tony and his team are amazing! I have used TFL NY for multiple smart home device installs and they always do an outstanding job. I work with a lot of locksmiths around the nation and can confidently say Tony and his team are first-rate. They are professional, trustworthy and extremely flexible and easy to work with. I can handsdown say that Tony is the most helpful man I have ever meet in any dealings I've had with renovating a place. Flying Locksmith installed an electric lock system for me that was by no means easy. He did way more work than most would as well as answering my countless phonecalls and being extremely patient and helpful throughout. He did all of this at half the price the nearest quote I got. Can't recommend enough. All business people should like Tony.

Fast and professional! Moved into my new apartment and needed to change the locks. Tony was able to send someone the following morning! Chris, the locksmith, was very professional and did the job in under 20 minutes.
After I incorrectly installed a lock myself, John Miller came and made a valiant effort to open the door without destructively drilling the lock out. As I spindle fell out the back side of the door, there was no choice but to drill, which he did quickly and professionally. While it was not cheap, the price was fair, and was explained to me. Considering I am in Manhattan - it was reasonable. I'd definitely would recommend and use again.
