The Forum Athletic Club

Went to this gym for about 9 months, moved so had to go somewhere else:/ Loved the fast twitch classes, I have been literally every other type of gym class you can think of this is by far the hardest and best workout I have been to! Roman is great! Would recommend to anyone in the area!

This place has everything I really need to get a workout done and the facilities are pretty well maintained. It is a little cramped but it does well with the space given. It is on the more expensive side of gyms but it offers what PF doesn't and is more complete for anyone that's into exercising in my opinion. Racks go from 5 to 120. It has ample cable machines for more focused pulldowns and there's at least 4 or 5 places where I can just focus on deadlifts. It has more specific equipment too for some landmine exercises and controlled pendlay rows as well as a whole section of bike machines, stair climbers, and treadmills.

A terrific gym with all the facilities and equipment you need for a complete fitness program I’m a jaded New Yorker who is staying in Atlanta for a few weeks. In the NYC area, I’m a regular member of Chelsea Piers CT, which is probably one of the best facilities in the NY Metro area. The Forum is every bit as good, offering me everything that I could ask for and allowing me to maintain every aspect of my training & fitness program while in Atlanta. And as a bonus, I got to meet one of my NBA Knicks heroes who, it turns out, is regular user! So I thoroughly enjoy The Forum and strongly recommend it to anybody who is serious about their health and fitness

Very cool gym with a lot of space and various types of strength equipment options, a lot of stuff for heavy lifting.

Love this gym! I was introduced by a friend after being a member of a different big-chain gym for a while but not enjoying my experience. I have loved every minute of the Forum Athletic Club, though, from day one. It’s got excellent equipment and is always super clean. It’s got towel service for convenience, a great added touch. The staff are great and always really helpful. They have some great trainers, like Heath Ward, who are extremely knowledgeable and motivating. I’ve been going more consistently since January ‘19 and have lost 40lbs in 4 months. I’m extremely grateful for the fitness community here for their help and encouragement along the way! 10/10 would recommend.

Great gym if you like weightlifting. Very clean, and the staff are very nice. They have a wide selection of machines and plenty of squat racks. I've never been here during "rush hour," but I imagine it might be full then. Hours are extremely convenient they open at 5 AM!. Decent selection of cardio machines. They could have more stretching mats, but honestly they'd have to give up something else for that, and I'd rather they didn't.

The Forum has everything you need: lots of machines, plenty of dumbbells, clean locker rooms/workout areas, good price and friendly staff. The classes are fantastic too. The instructors for the classes do a wonderful job of keeping the energy up, making sure your form is good and encouraging everyone there. If you’re lucky they’ll even add some weight or throw in an extra challenge. I often bring out of town friends to a fast twitch because they the class and the instructors are that good. Bottom line, this is a top notch gym and you’re not going to pay an arm and a leg. Can’t recommenced it enough.

I took the 90 minute Fast Twitch Class and absolutely loved it ! The variety of exercises and equipment utilized to work your core was impressive and original. The instructors do a great job of making sure movements are executed properly and the music played doing the workout ‍ was motivating. Excellent Class and The best health club in Atlanta! The vibes of the Club are sooo upbeat ! Highly recommend

Love this gym! Not only does it have tons of machines and exercise gear - but it’s clean and hasn’t been crowded when I train in the mornings and evenings. Location is great - easy to get to in Buckhead area. Has towels, body scanning equipment and trainers available too. I’m very glad I joined here!

I’ve been a member at the Forum for almost 2 years now and I can’t think of a better gym in Atlanta! Very clean, super friendly and helpful staff. Fast-Twitch classes are lead by great instructors!
