Went in and browsed at the large furniture section of this store and my mother was looking at some clothes they have in there. She really liked a dress she had seen and the employee comes up and tells us she tells “everyone” not to trust the sizes of clothing because back then they were very small. We wouldn’t have a problem with that BUT we were in a vintage store do you think we don’t know that? We aren’t skinny Minnie’s but there was no need to make that comment. I wanted to buy a lamp but decided to take my business elsewhere.
My wife and I visited the store today and it was open. I think Google has some issue not updating the fact that they are open. Anyways, lots of really cool stuff in there European furniture, antiques and clothing, etc. They also have coffee bar and tea there as well. We met George and his sister and they are just wonderful people. I ended up getting a couple of chairs that George had posted and they were in great shape.
Not sure why people are putting this place on a one star rating. I have only been here once though my experience was welcomed. Great ice cream with lovely ladies who welcome you. Reminds me of my childhood in Germany getting a dessert.
Yummy gelato! Really nice lady she gave us a complimentary mini ice cream cone for our little one hazelnut . We choosed the marionberry swirl and loved it . it had pieces inside , if i recall they are housemade gelato. Will come back for sure!
Amazing gelato, inspired interior design ideas — one of the best stops in downtown Salem.
Great tasting gelato. I was a little concerned about eating pink. But the pink grapefruit was out of this world
Interesting store to walk through. Really good gelato. Friendly staff. Overall outstanding experience.
There was no crepes even though it says it on the sign outside
