The Fresh Grocer - Progress Plaza

Fresh Grocer sandwich making dept. is the slowest ever, Had a bad experience in the parking lot, when Progress plaza security guard decided to put a bright green sticker on my front driver side window! I will be taking them to small claims court!

Confused wondering how the shocked don’t be alarmed to see a 2 review such a “elite” Supermarket franchise could have possibly done to ruin supper time? Well Fresh, If you going to charge for all bags chief, at absolute least keep them in stock so I don’t have to bring one with me. Like being black in America is definitely not why you didn’t see me take anything and hide it in the bag. It’s safe to say stopping and embarrassing me checking my bag for every single item when I’ve been coming to this location 2 3 times a week for 2 months now is not how you keep ‘‘em coming. I promise you. A little customer service training wouldn’t kill ya. Thanks

Just saw a male nurse or doctor blatantly walk out of the store with unpaid groceries. If you’re a nurse in Philly you’re prob in top 10% of earners so you can pay for your damn food. People getting bold and we’re not even all the way into the recession yet. FG need to step up their game if they want to stay in business. I’m not going to be paying for other peoples groceries.

Aside from the non-existent customer service, this place is what you would expect from a Fresh Grocer or Shop-Rite. Don't even think about getting anything from the deli. The rotisserie chicken isn't bad, however, as long as you go there early enough.

Need better staff for night shift. Ones without attitude, and that’s not ghetto acting. Very unprofessional. Website says closes at 12, but once you try to enter before the closing time they still try to stop you, and argue with you. Do better.

They are worse in the hoagie section, they have young boy's working and all they were doing was taking and putting their hands down there pants and me and two other customers waiting a half hour they finally got there hoagie and I still had wait, so I told them don't even bother. I don't know why we can't watch them make our food, all the other departments are open so you can see. JUST THE WORSE.......

The store is amazing the buffet is awesome but I've been coming for a specific item and they didn't have it for quite some time sometime just my opinion some food is undercooked and some food is spot on but I can't wait till they get the chitlins back along with several other peopl sometimes at the self checkout some of the attendees not all are negative I just focus on the quality and keep it moving

Spoiled cheese, and turkey cold cuts, I was chased around the store with a kid holding a plastic fork, I have to look twice before taking out my wallet. This place isn't fresh at all, everyone there looks sad like if they were told to work for free. I hope one day the store learns to actually keep fresh food out and throw out the bad food, before I end up taking a bite and throwing up cause it was spoiled. Disgusting

They take from the hood and give nothing back you can't sell anything in there lot. They make millions and we can't even get the crumbs from masters table I shop there and spent 1000s of usd. I will not shop there again unless they give back to the community and support the people that shop there

The management has done absolutely nothing about the loiterers outside. Too afraid to take any accountability for what’s happening on their property. Finding my grandparents a better market to shop at
