The Fry Guy

The idea of this food truck is pure genius, but the actual food fell a little flat for me. Like most people, I like my French fries crispy,, especially when they're piled high with yummy delicious toppings. I asked for my fries to be crispy and they came out lmp and unexciting. If these guys could improve the texture of the French fries themselves such that the wonderful toppings piled on top didn't turn the fries into a soggy mess, I would eat here literally every single day. As is the food was good but not worth going out of my way for. You guys gotta figure out how to make the fries crispy to complement the delicious and fresh toppings.

I love this food truck!!! The loaded fries are so good!! They were at my apartments one Friday evening and since it was my 1st time I asked which topping should I try, because they all sounded good, and the Across the Border was recommended and let me tell you... Those were the best fries ever!!! My food was fresh and hot and the half size was plenty for me to enjoy. So good!! I can’t wait till they come back. And if I catch them out anywhere else I will have to partake. I want to try some other toppings but it will hard for me to break away from the one I tried first. I definitely recommend.

Food truck Friday at my apartment on 8-7-2020 ; the company ran out of plates after one hour and 19 minutes after being at the apartments. They did not plan ahead!!!!! Never again!!!! Get it together black business owner!!!!! Poooooooooor service!!!!!!

We haven't been here yet but his responses to negative reviews are commendable and respectable. We will be customers very soon.
