Fusion is one of the best breakfast places in town- perfect portions, savory and sweet. The French toast was amazing and the biscuits and gravy were so satisfying and I usually don't eat gravy! Do yourself a favor and go here
I cannot remember the name of the dish I ate! I do remember, though, that it was a grilled slice of jalapeño cornbread, topped with a roasted tomato slice, a poached egg, shredded chicken, and a wonderful cream sauce. The whole thing was accompanied by a perfectly seasoned potato hash and a desperately-needed cup of fresh-ground coffee. I believe that my server was also the owner, or at least the manager. She was such a positive force of energy in that dining room that even my sleep-deprived grumpiness could not resist for long.
My husband and I went to grab breakfast here. We were told to sit anywhere, so we grabbed a table. After about 5-8 minutes, the waitress finally came over to take our drink order. Only then were we informed that today was a brunch buffet only. We decided to go ahead and try it. I had to ask for silverware after we grabbed food, which she had also forgotten. The food was decent. Some items were a bit overcooked, bland, or prepared strangely like the fruit. Some of the other food tasted great. The buffet was ok. Upon getting our check, we were shocked to discover that the buffet cost was more than a dinner buffet at golden corral. $17 per person before drinks. I checked their website, their facebook, and their google menu. Nowhere do they have listed the price of the buffet. I understand that we didn't ask the pricing, but I think it is logical to assume a buffet to be no more than $12-15 per person, and that would be with a huge selection. After the buffet price and drinks, our ticket was $41.93. Definitely not worth the selection and slower service. I certainly hope that the table of 6 or 8 people next to us knew the price. Cause that would be one crazy ticket. At least the waitress was catering well to their needs and paying attention to them!! She checked on us maybe three or four times before, two of which were to take plates, before unceremoniously dumping our check on the table and scurrying off to drop off more tickets. Had they told us the price of the buffet beforehand, we never would have sat down. My husband put it best -- this buffet was only slightly better than a continental breakfast and served no warmer than one.
Fusion Restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch. The service is great. The owner talks with each table. There is no lunch on Sunday——a big buffet fills the whole day!!Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes
Holy moly the food is good here. Server was super nice and attentive. Easy to find, plentiful parking. We'll be back for sure. My wife blueberry key lime waffles and I got chiquillas. Bruh, amazing.
I love Sundays! If I'm not with my grand babies then I'm catching up with friends. The group suggested we eat at The Fusion Restaurant and try their breakfast Buffet. I've never heard of this place and I always love supporting local It's a local family-friendly restaurant with american comfort foods and reasonable prices. My favorites? The crispy bacon and the amazing potato salad. It was the best potato salad I've EVER tasted! It gave me goosebumps. Just ask Sarah Our fabulous waitress Peggy was so friendly and always checking on us to see if we needed anything. I did meet the owner, Shannon and she also was super friendly and so genuine. Going to every table and thanking them for coming in. I'm really looking forward to our next trip Thank you friends for a much needed brunch! #eatlocal #supportlocal #friendsmakelifebetter
A unique restaurant with very good food and an unusual take. I had the taco trio which was excellent and also not the “same ol-same ol” Mexican food. My wife had cauliflower potato soup which was also good. A nice ambience and the service was great, both friendly and responsive. Price was pretty reasonable at $21 for the two of us including drinks. Will return
What a great experience! Skyler was so helpful, especially since this was my first visit. I had the Cemitas and it was soooo fall-off-the-fork tasty. The restaurant was bright, clean, and friendly.
Good restaurant - atmosphere is diner like -with interesting menu. Two of the tacos on three Taco meal were excellent and the third was good. Potato and grilled cauliflower soup was good though cornbread muffin was tough. Price was good and great value given food quality.
Nice atmosphere fantastic service and darn good eats. Item made fresh daily and a varied menu enough not to be overwheling but large enough to please every palate in your family or group
