The George Washington Bar

There were other groups of people in, and everyone just got on and drank sang and danced. One of our highlights of the whole trip! One of my friends brought us here at this Bar, and we didn't leave! The music was great. The drinks were reasonable, and the bar staff was fantastic.

Arrived in new york from the uk , met a fantastic couple at this beautiful bar , amazing place , feels like its been here for decades , really cool place to have a cocktail and very nice staff

It was so savory. The staff was friendly and observant. Prices that are reasonable.

This place is as good as it gets if you don't want to deal with the pretentious LA nightlife. Good dj's, great bartenders, and good people. It can get crowded so expect a line later in the night. There's a shared parking lot but of course ride sharing is easiest. It honestly makes for an easy night out.

Beautiful cozy bar. Unfortunately Papa Smurf wasn't particularly good.

Awesome vibe. 1800 study/library paneled wood walls. Cool spot in a great hotel and location. Pricey drinks but the bartenders make everything fresh. Slow service but worth it to take your time and have a drink as your bar hop the area.

Small but cozy bar, very nice!

Great bar! We went Saturday, August 3rd around 7pm. The bar tenders were excellent, very friendly and quick, the drinks were great and the music was amazing. Next time I am in NY I will definitely be going back.
