Awesome bar with a awesome selection of beer. I also got a Reuben sandwich and it was the best I’ve had in a long time. Plus an awesome view of downtown Houston!

My bartender Katie/Kay was the friendliest, most attentive bartender I've had in quite a while. She kept the drinks flowing and the jokes rolling even with a decent line of people at the bar. I'm definitely coming back for the great service, and to try another one of their diverse, draft lagers. Cheers!

The staff are really friendly and they have a great selection on draft, including Saint Arnold's root beer. The bar has good parking, games and events, a great selection of seating, and is in a good location of Midtown. Will come again, hopefully soon!

Phenomenal beer bar with appropriate glassware and attention to detail. Fantastic outdoor space, including a balcony with a tremendous skyline view. The service is great and the bar food is solid. They have liquor, too!

I've been to the new Ginger Man Midtown location 3 times now: twice for a date-night with my girlfriend, and once for a business meeting. Katie, who wears many hats, including working the bar and serving the food, has great energy and is very welcoming! She's also very funny and sweet! Christina, who primarily handles the tables, is also great and nice! Together, they make visiting The Ginger Man Midtown a positively unique experience. I look forward to going more often! Also, the beer selection and food are great!

Overall, the bar is clean and has a vibrant atmosphere. On trivia nights, it is a good idea to reserve a table, as it gets VERY packed. The staff is friendly, helpful, attentive, and very accomodating.

Try Lunch opens 11:30 Thur-Sun, small group meeting in side room. Loved homemade oinion rings, nothing but execellent remarks from everyone who had salads. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. For Midtown had excellent parking on side and prices reasonable. Will go back and try their Sunday brunch for sure.

Good beer, decent grub and our truck broken into. We went here as a group for the first time today. It was just before 5pm and we weren't there for 30 minutes before one of my guys had his truck broken into and personal items stolen. Just before that happened, there was a car accident right in front of the bar. PD took forever to get there. When I asked one of the employees about issues with stuff being stolen, I was told this was not the first time. No cameras outside on the lot. Nice place in a very bad location. If you decide to head there, put anything of value in the trunk.

First pub i went to in years. Finally decided to stop by and im glad i did. Katyspell check the best bartender there is recommend a cranberry grilled chicken sandwiches . Weird right ? Wrong turned out to be one of the best sandwhiches ive ever had in my 24 years of living . The staff are really cool people . You wont find a vibe anywhere downtown similar to the Gingerman . im going to go broke because the food is so good folks !
