The kids’ 45-minute class is wonderful!

The Giving Tree is an intimate, cozy space to practice. It was my home studio when I lived in Astoria. The owners, Anne-Margaret and Anthony are so great, warm and personable. You can feel the positive, healing energy when you walk in the door.

I’ve been going to Anthony for massages here for years. Today I saw Ramiro and they are both amazing. I highly recommend either of them if you need a nice massage!!

I love this studio and all of the wonderful instructors I've had the good fortune of meeting! There are a variety of fun and fresh classes to chose from. And it is just such a positive a welcoming experience and space! Don't be discouraged if they're a little hard to find it's the stairway just to the left of the MickeyDs.

So awesome to have this beautiful studio filled with great energy and great instructors so close by... A perfect recluse amoungst the crazy of working and living in NYC. I am so grateful to have found it You all have helped me recenter time and time again. Thank you!

Fantastic yoga studio. All of the classes I've taken here have been fantastic and the instructors are friendly, accessible, engaging, and just wonderful. I had bought a 10 pack of classes through Groupon but even without the discount this place is worth it.
