The entire process was efficient and professional. They came out to quote, then once the tile was installed they came back to measure. The glass arrived 2 weeks later and fit perfectly. The installers were professional and courteous. The entire process was great!
Our master bath window developed a leak that compromised the drywall around the area. Large window companies would not take the work unless it was a minimum $5000 project, but referred me to The Glass Guru. The Glass Guru responded quickly, have great customer service and are friendly to work with. And the man who did the install did a fantastic job. Very pleased with this experience and would definitely use them again.
I was in need of solid glass tops for small aquariums I use to raise fish. The kind people at Glass Guru made these beautiful pieces with corners cut as requested. They fit perfectly and the quality and finish are excellent. When I ordered the glass, they gave me a price estimate, but I misunderstood that it was per piece, not the total, which was more than I budgeted. The Glass Guru decided to sell the pieces to me for the price that I understood—a major discount. This is a completely unexpected, but greatly appreciated gesture! These are very nice people doing excellent work. Highly recommended.
I loved working with Glass Guru. My glass had cracked in my side window. A brand new window was going to cost over $6000. I was so pleased to only have to replace the glass for under $600! Tom was wonderful to work with and super professional.
After some scheduling and technical difficulties, the job was done professionally and successfully. Very happy with the final result. The efforts of office Manager Beth, General Manager Mitch, and Installer Carl are greatly appreciated. This was an easy process from start to finish. The gal who took my information was nice and explained their process. And the gentleman who came to do the work called me on his way over, and did a fantastic job on repairing the glass in the window. After the job was completed, they followed up the day after to make sure I was happy with the work. They have good pricing and good customer service.
Glass Guru went above and beyond to help me when an errant BB shattered my patio door days before a planned graduation party at our home. Exceptional customer service, starting with Beth who was friendly, courteous and patient in the midst of my distress. The Glass Guru team was professional, timely, and wouldn't give up on finding a fix that would be ready in time for a house full of guests. When one option wouldn't work, they did not say the only option is to wait; rather, they found another solution. When the replacement didn't fit as expected, Glass Guru found another option. They were on time or early for all appointments to measure, quote, and install. In fact, despite having a scheduled appointment, when Glass Guru was able to get replacement glass earlier than expected, they called and came out the same day to complete the repair -- 4 days earlier than planned. The installers cleaned up after completing their work and were pleasant and professional. Glass Guru's pricing was competitive or better than alternate companies in our area. The service was top notch and they kept me informed every step of the way, leaving me confident that they would do what it took to get the door fixed. I highly recommend Glass Guru. They will take the frustration out of your glass repair problems and find solutions.
Glass Guru was very professional and prompt! They replaced 2 windows for our childcare center earlier than scheduled. The technician was professional,courteous, and efficient. We will definitely be using them again if we have these needs in the future :
Glass Guru has been to our home several times over the past few years to help us with various updates. They came out today to install a shower glass wall in our new main bathroom. As per usual, every contact has been top notch, from scheduling to estimating and then installation. Professional, cordial, on time and reasonably priced. What more could we ask for?
Had an “early” spring golfball break a sunroom window. Called The Glass Guru and Mike was here in 2 days . Work was outlined , glass ordered and less than 10 days Tom installed new window! Great service, good people from the phone call from Mary to the finished window!
