The Golden Pyramid Social Club

Personally I am not much of a club or bar type of girl but I really like the Golden Pyramid. If you want to have fun with friends on the weekend, I would suggest that you go to this place. Its not trashy. Also if you don't smoke hookah like me, you will still be omay because there is plenty of hot music you can dance to and have a BLAST! One thing that I don't like about this place though is their bathroom. I feel that they could tidy it up a bit. That's just my perspectives.

Golden pyramid is open till 4AM Saturdays and is that after party majority people go to after the club. But what makes me pissed off about Golden Pyramid is their Dress Code. Won’t let anyone in ( a.k.a male) if they wear short sleeve shirts, have sweat pants, or jaggers on. Their refund policies are ridiculous. If you pass the security guard after paying you can’t get your money back. Especially if you pay for a friend who then isn’t allowed to go in because they dressed against their dress code policy. Which isn’t stated in their refund warning sign. If you pay for someone else dressed out of their “Dress Code”, be aware they won’t refund that half back because you already crossed the security point. Especially if the security guard tells you, to move out the way and stand be hind them. The standards are inaccurate and not fair. The Dress Code policy is the major one. People who wear short sleeve shirts as in males or if they wear sweats or joggers shouldn’t be an offense, because people go to dance and have a good time. But because if the “Owner” sees someone wearing sweats/jaggers and there’s all these people coming dressed after the club they think; it’s a issue? The stuck up immature and unprofessional security they have working for their company is not acceptable. It sounds like a last resort because they can’t afford to hire professionals for their lack of funds. Golden Pyramid is a nonnegotiable place, with stupid polices that make no sense and have no justification if broken.

I’ve been going here ever since Marrakech hookah Lounge Closed down for good, Tonight was the Last straw and one of the worst nights I’ve ever had due to this little incident, there policy is overrated and messed up I just had surgery more than 3 weeks ago and I cannot wear anything tight to the feel due to my knee injury, so I wore sweats tonight.... when we got there Security was all over the place and when they got to are car they addressed us in a very rude manner, and then when we went to go inside we had paid and we got checked for any belongings that weren’t allowed on the premises.... my best friend went first and the tall African American gentleman had checked him, first thing he said was “ back up I don’t like people that close to me and jerked my friend in a very rude manner and they almost got to the point where they said vulgar things to each other instead the Security just jerked him to the side and said something else rude, it was my turn I had showed my ID And let him check me, let me tell you I’ve never had a Security as touchy as him it felt very uncomfortable then the last thing he told me was “ Sorry no sweat pants you gotta go “ so I had went out to the parking lot and called my friends inside that I could not go in because of that and they rushed to the front and confronted the Security and as well as asking for the owner of the establishment, it doesn’t matter what Security or manager we tried to talk to they were all rude. It even ended with me confronting one of the foreign Security men, that place just sucks guys I wouldn’t recommend it..... it’s overpriced on weekends after 1:00am and during the week who knows but honestly Management sucks and Security is F***ed

Place is crazy lit, police try and get you in parking lot if to drunk so be careful. Also kinda mad hot with all the bodies moving and standing so close to each other in

It's a teen club pretty much. If you 21+ you may want to find another spot. Childish fights broke out, and there was a dance group that was practicing...like 112.smh
