Very unprofessional. Awful initial emailing. Rude, no greetings, told ME to call her - I came close to not moving forward with a call. I called the "recruiter"and her laptop was "frozen" so she had to call me back. She had me run through resume to barely give me any real details on the position. She was trying to find out where else I was interviewing. Told me to reach out to her by end of week if she did not get back to me before then. Naturally, she did not. Figured I wouldn't waste my time as I was not interested in working with an agency that runs this way. Never again!

As a candidate, I have had a negative experience dealing with their recruiter. I have a strong suspicion that the recruiter did not read my resume. I am under the impression that I was asked unnecessary questions. The job description that I applied for did not provide enough specifics. After I applied with my resume and provide a detailed and candid description of my extensive professional job description I was rejected. My advise to the management would be to provide a detailed job descriptions before asking personal questions.

I tried applying here, sent in my resume at the beginning of September. I had very high hopes, but I'm really starting to see that everything they tell you, it's all just nonsense and lies. I was able to get in contact with Jackie Keegan, who said she received my resume. She was very nice, and she was able to connect me with Laurie Bloom, the original recruiter who I planned to reach out to, but was absent for a short time. But having said she, Laurie would speak to her team about my resume, and the job opportunities I am actively looking for, and saying she would get back to me, I haven't gotten any responses or opportunities. And it's October now. Again, I reiterate, I reached out in early September.

Very unprofessional they give you jobs last minute and expect you to stop your whole entire life reschedule appointments or they threaten you to give the position to somebody else one time I had a doctors note my shift hasn’t even began. I called out. I had an excuse letter, and he still had the audacity to call me and tell me due to not showing up for my shift, which hasn’t even began. I’m fired. And when I wrote to him to let him know, I won’t be taking the opportunity due to them not being able to work on my schedule when I’m trying to get things done in life he had the audacity to text me very unprofessional when they’re the unprofessional ones

My experience with the Goodkind Group was absolutely phenomenal! The job search process can be incredibly overwhelming and stress inducing if tackled on your own, which is why I was so fortunate to have Kari and Karen by my side. They didn't just look at my resume, they thoughtfully considered my skills and experience and placed me in my dream job! I met with a lot of other recruiting agencies, but Goodkind was the only one who took a good look at my skills and abilities and matched me with the right company and position. So thankful to them and their hard work!

If you've been directed here for employment opportunities please look elsewhere & avoid wasting your time. This whole thing is shady, they try to talk to you like a car salesman & have you sign "onboarding" paperwork with your information and when I asked who some of the hospitality clients were they either fluttered or avoided the question. They were very persistent about getting my ID/Social Security Card without even telling me who'd I be working for. Just all around a big red flag
