The Grand NYC appartments

The quarters, facilities, employees, and food were great. My experience of a week at your hotel was never regrettable and exceptional. I enjoyed it greatly, and I promise I'll come back if there's a chance. In return, for the service given, I will have a five-star rating. You must try, and you are not going to be disappointed!

A very comfortable place! We had an excellent stay at your Hotel. We arrived at the train station and were pleased to know the hotel was only a few shorts blocks away. When we arrived, the receptionist greeted us politely. The place was also very beautiful and the staff was very helpful. What a nice hotel!

No WiFi in the room. I don't know why, but we hadn't hot water to have a shower. The good thing is the location.

A lot of haters but hey for the price we pay being in new york its decent enough and staff are friendly. needs updating but atleast the beds were soft

Not as bad as people made it sound. It was close to Penn station and Times Square and the room for on night for 2 people was only $100 + a $40 deposit that you get back. If you aren't high maintenance then this place is ok.
