My first team eating here. Thus far the best sandwich in this airport not a lot to choose from. The young man that made my sandwich was not only quick kind and thorough but mannnnn he perfected this !! Full of flair plenty of meat seasoning and flavor!!!

I wonder too if most of the reviews are older and irrelevant. The two ladies working were wonderful. Both friendly, professional and efficient. I will eat from here again though not a grilled cheese as was not impressed with the overall sandwich but will try a bagel sandwich next time. Five stars though to the staff.

So glad to know it's not me. This is my second time here and the same rude service. I normally don't write negative comments because we all have bad days. But this is horrible. And after looking at the other comments, this must be management and culture. By the way, the person preparing the bagels placed an unsanitary box on top of the meat. She appeared miserable, no smile, no thank you, no friendly gesture at all.

This is why you check comments before you eat somewhere. This female gave me a ham sandwich when I asked for turkey, and then had an attitude when I asked for my money back. I haven’t eating pork in over 20 years. I know it’s going to mess my stomach up. I almost gagged. I wish I could give no stars. She too damn busy on her damn phone to pay attention to my order.

The woman working the night shift has a terrible attitude and could care less about you or your meal. I’ve had issues with her the last two time I’ve been. And so have many other people. Food is good. Needs new employee

Rude, and overcharged me for a cinnamon bagel and cream cheese. Sign said Gourmet Cream Cheese Bagel, $2.99. They charged me $3.80. When I asked why, they said that price is only for Asiago, Plain, and some other flavor. I told them that it didn't specify a flavor on the sign, but they said cinnamon didn't qualify. Seriously? Since when does a plain bagel qualify as gourmet and a cinnamon not? I told them they need to put up more specific information on the sign, but they said they couldn't take the sign down to change it. Okay then!

So it’s not just me... Half the time the store is out of something. Last time it was Asiago bagels. This morning it was cream cheese. Bigger problem is the rude/surly staff. They act like it’s an inconvenience if you place an order and move with deliberate slowness even when there is a line. And it’s like this every single time.

Not sure if the reviews are just old or what, but I finally was able to have breakfast here and it’s great! The lady working was sweet and kind. The food is yummy too!

This can be a healthier alternative to airport fast food. Have eaten here numerous times. Service was quick. Try the turkey sandwich on a bagel. Pretty good. Expect airport prices.

Second time here and same horrible service. Bad attitude. no one was there and had to wait for the two women to decide to wait on us. Bagels are like eating a piece of tasteless bread. same variety and they were out of butter at 10am.
