Overall our stay was fantastic, all of the staff were lovely and accommodating and the room was clean and spacious. We wanted to be in the middle of the city but away from the constant craziness of Times Square and the location was perfect. Will definitely be returning!

Gorgeous style hotel however could have done with a freshen up in places. The compulsory service fee you have to pay on check out really lets this hotel down. Very friendly staff.
