Love this place. Staff is always very friendly. The burgers are very good too. I always get the BBQ Bacon Char which is phenomenal. One of the best burgers I've had.
WORST food experience ever. 30 minutes from order to actually get the burger don’t stop here if you’ve got a flight to catch, which was both cold and wasn’t even what I ordered. Keep walking past this one....
Slowest restaurant ever! Don’t stop by unless you want to miss your flight. Haha it’s in an airport, it shouldn’t take over 40 minutes to get a burger when there’s only a few people at the restaurant at all. Sorry but this place needs improvement.
Food was good but the service was extremely slow. Like I could see my food sitting there on the counter and nobody was putting it in a bag or anything and it was like that for ten minutes.
Decent food but total chaos to get it. Orders messed up and missing items, 25 min to get a salad, 4 beer options but only one beer on tap. Possibly the worst service I have ever witnessed at any food establishment. Nobody managing and nobody knows whats going on. All this within 10 minutes into me waiting for my food. I wont be hitting up one of these ever again.

Good veggie burger but very slow. I ordered using the kiosk and it never made it to the kitchen. After 30 minutes I went at front desk and after talking to 3 different people, I got my food. So total of 45 mins Good I had this much time before my flight. The three stars are for burger it was good, but the service is very very slow.
Should have read this first. Ridiculously slow to make your food. Kiosk didn’t kick out a ticket and even though you give your name they call numbers that are on the ticket....that didn’t print! Then when you ask for status on your order they give a “20 to 45 minute wait” with an attitude because they are busy. So 20, or more than double that.....? Save your time and take your money elsewhere
Tried to order breakfast here at 9:15 AM, nothing special, just direct from the menu. Took 20 minutes for them to prep the food. Staff was moving like molasses the whole time - no effort to move things along. People were ready to start rioting.
So I ordered a plain double char burger and an order of french fries under my name. I waited about 10 min and I heard them call out a double char burger. I was surprised they weren't using my name since the computer asked for it. I walked towards the counter to get it and another customer who came later than me got it first and walked away. So I figured it wasn't mine and I waited another 10 min. The customer service lady saw me waiting and asked what I ordered. I showed her my receipt and she took it and couldn't find it on the screen. I'm assuming she cancelled it out when she gave my burger to the other guy. So she called out what I ordered to the cooks so they could make it. 10 min later I ask what the status is of my order and she asks me what I ordered again. I told her and she preceded to open a wrapped burger behind her and rewrap it, put it in a bag and hand it to me. I reopened it on the counter in front of her to make sure it wasn't messed up. It was a single patty with everything on it, very clearly not mine. I then told her my order again, loud enough for the cooks in the back to hear. 10 min later I was handed a bag. I opened it to find a plain double char burger and an order of sweet potato fries. I told her I ordered normal fries, so she swapped them out. All told, I waited 40 min for a plain double char burger and an order of fries. The lady working there was the most incompetent employee I've ever seen. Without a doubt, my worst customer service experience, and there were about four other customers going through the same.
