The Halal Guys is a must-visit for anyone looking for delicious and authentic halal street food. The restaurant has a casual and fast-paced atmosphere, and the staff is friendly and efficient. One of the standout dishes at The Halal Guys is their famous platter, which includes a combination of marinated chicken, gyro meat, and rice, topped with lettuce, tomatoes, and their signature white sauce. The platter is filling, flavorful, and a perfect balance of spices. Another must-try dish is their falafel sandwich, which is crispy and flavorful and is served with tahini sauce. The restaurant also offers a variety of other dishes like gyro sandwiches, wraps and salads, all of which are made with halal meat and are delicious. They also have a variety of sides such as the falafel balls, baba ghanoush, and hummus. The prices at The Halal Guys are reasonable, especially considering the generous portions and quality of the food. The restaurant also has a variety of drink options, including soda, juice and water. Overall, I highly recommend The Halal Guys for anyone looking for delicious and authentic halal street food.
Good place if you are in downtown after 10ish as other closes down early but they are open till 11. We tried their rice over chicken and rice over falafel. It was not amazing but kind of satisfied your hunger. Staff was quick and helpful, lot of sitting table to eat in as well.
Food is okay could be better same food in New York street much better. Service is much better very good services, excellent service. Thanks
Ordered on 10/30/22. Falafel was small and rock hard, not even able to pierce with a plastic fork and was extremely crunchy. Missing pita bread in order. Halal guys at other locations has been superb, but this location was far from this usual quality.Food: 1/5
The food was getting cold when I got it and I asked for some more hot sauce and the server just gave me one and put it on the counter. I ordered a pickup so it will be ready when I got there but it felt like it was left on the counter for a long time. The food was good tho. Vegetarian options: They have options for meats and vegetarian options, rice, salads
Just as good as the original street carts! This place has all the food premade, and while the price is expensive, the quantity is excellent!
Very dissatisfied with the quality of my food. I received what looked like crumbs of chicken and lamb from the bottom of the serving tray. I tried to call multiple times but no one picked up. Not worth $16
Just overall a horrible experience. We ordered delivery and the food was very subpar, see below. Falafel was rock hard and tiny, salad was brown as if it was sitting out, pita was missing they did sub in pita chips, not what I wanted, meat both chicken and beef were VERY dry. To wrap it all up both myself and my boyfriend felt very sick for about 24 hours after eating. We will never be ordering again.
Came here for lunch two different occasions and ordered the lamb platter. The rice was stale and there was hair in my food. My second visit I ordered the chicken gyro...disgusting. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Most importantly, food quality have went down all the way to drain. The chicken feels like boiled without any seasoning, the rice wasn't cooked enough. Falafil was ice in the center. Service: The employee just doesn't care, not interested in listening to the customers. Overall, im never going there again, and will not recommend anyone. I suggest the ownership to do a undercover inspection of quality and service.
