A very happy customer there was problems with my delivery nothing to do with the hat shop but there customer service was excellent the communication was excellent and I received my hat and it’s spot on Thank you

What a fantastic shop this is. Through the years i have bought several hats from this delightful shop. Not always a planned purchase but sometimes a Impulse buy based on the wonderful selection there is to tempt a hat lover like me. I phoned to enquire about a Tilley hat in my size and to my amazement they didn't have one in stock, However within a few hours, i received a call to let me know that they had located a hat in the requested size and it would be put to one side for me to try on at the weekend. When i did call in to try it on I discovered that in fact I needed the next size up which they did have in stock and i left yet again, a very happy customer. Now that is what i call "SERVICE" with a capital "S"

Extremely fascinating - never seen so many hats in one place! Though, like much of Burnham Market, not for the likes of me! However, the shop below had many interesting little knick knacks that I couldn't resist, despite being rather overpriced.

First - the location on Google Maps is wrong. Second - staff were incredibly rude and had absolutely no interest in helping us find what we wanted. I would take your £80 and buy your hats on Amazon instead.

Hats very dated, some grubby and threads hanging. Ladies were helpful but there were no up to date hats that I saw sadly. New buyer needed.

We got a hat each.. Paid a bit more for my cap than usual, but it's better quality!
