I have used Hayes on several occasions with wonderful results. Today, Luke and Brent did an outstanding job on some spray foam insulation in our Kitchen remodel. Very communicative about progress on the job, and considerate of the rest of our home that was not getting redone.

We had The Hayes Company come put more insulation in our attic in mid November 2022. Couldn’t have had a better experience! Adam came soon after my initial contact to assess the attic for an estimate, and soon after Dan called to schedule the work day, notifying me promptly when a delay due to an equipment failure occurred with a reschedule day. The day arrived and the two gentlemen who did the work were knowledgeable, pleasant, and got it done in a reasonable amount of time explaining things to us when needed. Even the payment process was handled very professionally. I would recommend this company to anyone needing this similar service without hesitation!

What a delightful experience. I recommend Hayes to anyone that will listen on honesty and integrity alone. My story is as follows, I reached out to Hayes online having seen one of their trucks in my neighborhood. I explained my fireplace pilot problem to them and received a thoughtful and extremely helpful reply. I was told that they would be happy to come out and service my fireplace but wanted me to know they were not an authorized dealer of my particular brand. If parts were needed , they would be more expensive and take a bit more time. Then, they offered up the local authorized dealer’s name and location and stated that may be my cheapest option if any parts were required. . . . What honesty and high integrity! I may not have been able to use them the first time out but will use them for anything else, without question. They have a customer for life!

Attic Insulation. Adam Lynch from the Hayes company came out to preview the job and state pricing. He was delightful to work with and sensitive to my budget. Devin and Konrad did an excellent job installing attic insulation in my townhome. They showed me before and after pictures as they worked throughout the day, clearly explaining what they were doing. Got a quote from a Hays sales person, scheduled insulation to be installed in my attic and they came out and knocked that out in about three hours. Brian and Josh were excellent at their job, courteous, and professional. They cleaned up and left my attic insulated and ready for the hot summer. I selected five top-rated insulation companies in the Kansas City area based on reviews. I ended up choosing The Hayes Company due to the professionalism and expertise of their estimator and certified building analyst, Jeff. I found Jeff to be extremely knowledgeable, and more importantly he was willing to work with me since I had environmental sensitivities. Jeff patiently explained the entire process and essentially 'held my hand' throughout the project. I am very satisfied with their services, and would use this company again in a heartbeat. We had Hayes blow in insulation into our attic. They provided a few different quotes with different options for full removal and air sealing to just blowing insulation over the top. They were quick to answer our questions and did a good job following up with us. They were more expensive than a few other quotes we received, but they were also on time, followed up, and provided a higher quality of work than the other quotes I received. They blew insulation in our attic to get us up to R60 and we can already tell a difference in our house retaining cool air. We had an 8 degree variation between the main floor and the 2nd floor, I don't know the current variation, but it isn't noticeable when walking between floors.

Customer service is in their DNA. I witnessed it throughout the quote process, scheduling, and installation. Everyone I encountered was on-time, courteous, and professional. They confirmed the work to be completed, finished the work on time, took pictures to show me the attic insulation they added, and even cleaned up the garage before leaving. Cannot recommend The Hayes Company more highly. You won't be disappointed!

They seemed very experienced. They were quick to set up an appointment and to give us an estimate. They increased their rate by $400 a couple of days after assessing the project and giving an original quote. Because this was a small project, tearing down drywall on one 10ft by 8ft wall and reinstalling insulation and installing new drywall, we had to pass on their rate.
