Had a terrific experience at your store. I went in to buy lighting and had the pleasure to be assisted by Cathy. She was outstanding. Very knowledgeable about the products, efficiently found all the lighting products we were looking for and just a really great person to deal with. Thank you😊

Horrible delivery service. We ordered a washer and they left it in the living room instead of bringing it into the laundry room. We paid extra to have the old washer removed and it is still sitting in the laundry room!! Who do these people think they are? If you offer a service then you need to follow through, if there is an issue you need to contact the buyer. Customer service is not difficult by any means. We paid a lot of money to come home to a working machine and now we have to deal with customer service on a holiday weekend. This is the worst experience I have ever encountered, I am completely baffled by what they think they can get away with.

We went there to find the material to build a raised bed for a small garden. The lumber associate was extremely helpful. He found the right material, cut it to size we needed and showed us how it should fit together. That raised bed is in our backyard right now.

The service level has deteriorated hugely over the years. It used to be a pleasure to shop there. Now I much prefer Lowes. Very disappointed. People don't answer the phone. When they do, you wait for a loooong time to get to the department you asked for, then nobody picks up and the call rolls back to the front desk again, and you wait again, only to be disconnected. And, if you call back, the whole routine starts all over again. UPDATE: The phone service has improved a lot since I wrote the original review, so I am adding a star. Haven't been to the store lately, so the in-person experience remains to be seen.

no dogs allowed so i go to lowes. I spend sometimes close to an hour in the store, spending hundreds of dollars. I expect my dog to be able to sit politely next to me while I shop.
