The Home Depot

Big store with lots of inventory, helpful staff. Many, MANY needs can be fulfilled under one roof with their lumber, building materials, hardware, plumbing , electrical, lawn and garden plus much more. They have an awesome selection of cleaning supplies and chemicals as well. They have it down to a really good system for ordering doors and windows plus even more online.

This is our go to place for home improvement items. We came in on a Friday For a bathroom medicine cabinet. After asking 3 people we finally found someone who knew where they were. If the staff was better trained I would have left 5 stars. Everyone was friendly but not everyone was helpful. Once we found them, we had to get some help getting the one we wanted off of top shelf as there was no stock on the shelf. She had to go get a lift because she couldn't reach them with a ladder, a fact she already knew by experience. We had to wait for her to go get it and then for her to get it down. This store could use someone to just make sure the things that are up high are on the shelves where customers can get to them. We feel like we can recommend this place and were grateful for the help that we were given. But would have been much happier if it had already been on the shelf which would have saved us 45 minutes. I found out as a manager that I never have sold 1 item out of my backroom or out of reach of my customers with out staff having to take time to go get it. With it taking 45 minutes for that 1 thing, paying someone to only do that, especially with staff shortages, would completely pay for its self. And the person doing that would be a great employee to ask where something was, because they would know the store.

There is a reason why this Home Depot location has much higher reviews than the average-- the staff here are awesome! Every person I talked to was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. I truly hope Home Depot's corporate workers realize how great the employees are at this particular location. I came to this location looking for specific cuts of lumber after terrible service at a different Home Depot. I didn't know exactly where to go, but an employee let me know where to purchase the planks and the process for getting them cut to size.

My apartment has been freezing so I placed an online order for a space heater. They filled the order quickly, and made the pickup process quick and easy. Would absolutely place another order with them again in the future!

Lots of interesting bargain items that would make nice Christmas gifts! Inexpensive and quality tools and accessories, practical items like gloves and work socks and of course all the home repair/improvement items you would expect at Home Depot. I had to ask where to find an item, and the gentleman knew exactly where to send me!

Nancy in delivery and Pam in design and Tarell at the service desk spent hours helping me find my shed that was lost in pallets of storage. They called other stores, tracked down managers of other stores and ended up helping me finding it! Excellent Customer service thank you so much!!!

the person that was working at the lumber part, wasn't only friendly but advised me of a place, that wasn't Home Depot, where I could rent a tool not available there. that is what I call "customer service". I feel that the need for me, the customer, was more important than a opportunity to make a sale. Good job, Home Depot.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Screw being your cashier for free. Open up more cashiers who will ring and bag my stuff please. I don't work there. Your self check-out station belongs in the toilet.

This is, by far, my favorite Home Depot location. Ruth in Appliances truly continues to make my day. I was sad when I discovered Candace moved to Kitchen Design, but Ruth has truly been an incredible asset to this store. I can't speak much for other departments, but if you're looking for any major appliances, Ruth at this Home Depot is the best you can get.

Employes like Marcus is why I continue to shop at that location. He took so much interests & care in my shopping experience. I have never received such service that I have felt compelled to write a review but here I am. Thank you very much Marcus.
