Store layout makes no sense, plumbing supplies in three different areas all across the store. Lots of staff hanging around doing nothing AND I still had to self checkout as an employee watched me. Also asked for help with locating an item and employee helped someone else first.

Home depot has many home fix it items. They have customer service representatives who are very helpful. Although the item I needed was out of stock. They were very helpful looking for replacements.

You need additional knowledgeable staff, you are changing Phillips light bulbs, outside flood lights, staff had limited knowledge of the new product

The better of the HD in the area. Self checkouts can cause havoc but not bad otherwise..

Staff very helpful could not find the product but they had some items 5 sale that were descent

Don't bother calling. Got transferred to a manger 5 times. Last guy told me he was to busy to help with a simple question. One more reason why NOT to shop here.
