12/11/22 at 6:30PM the 3 people at order pickup assured us the Christmas tree we purchased had never been open. Took it home and it very very obviously had. Damaged and the first owners glasses were in the box.

This location isn’t near my home but made a stop to pick up a few things. Overall this location is nice with friendly staff. They were very personable and easy to chat with. Overall this location in my opinion is up to standard and reflects Home Depot well. This location also has a decent selection of flooring, turf, and plants. The layout was a little off to me but for the most part the same. If you need some diy material it’s a great location to stop.

I visited this store on January 24th around 6:30 pm to pick up some rock salt for my water conditioner and a mop as mine had broken. I really wasn't looking forward to packing the salt bags around as they are 40 lbs each but it had to be done. Upon entering the store an employee, a Hispanic man was just inside the store so I asked him where I might find the solar salt. I really just wanted to get my purchases and not have to look around to find them. He happily replied follow me, I will show you and took my cart from me so I followed him. He led me to the salt and asked me what kind I wanted and how many bags I would like to purchase. He loaded up the 3 bags for me then asked me if I needed anything else. I told him I needed a mop and he took me to where they are. I chose my mop and he said he would take my purchases to my car then walked me over to the customer service department by the door and I paid for my items. He then went with me to my car and loaded the bags in my trunk. Such a nice man, I wish I would have gotten his name as he deserves accolades for being such a stellar and kind employee. I'm 66 years old, not feeble yet but lifting stuff like that gets harder and harder. I truly appreciated his help! He told me his grandma used to take their t-shirts and use them as mops and we laughed about that. Hopefully these clues can help you discover who he is and give him a proper pat on the back.

Why can’t you just apologize after Accusing me of stealing. I gave you the receipt and I was returning. How do you even steal that ?! Not everybody walking around a store is stealing. Hope you get hit by a huge bus FU

This place had just what I needed it set up a nice lamp I found for my wife. Anything you need for your house is here, and more! I could of spent all day looking around and I live in an apartment!

The only person who can cut the vinyl, was sitting with a customer, she said she has to sit with 2 more customers after she's done with the current customer. So the wait time is around 50 more minutes. And the total wait was over an hour. Now dear home depot, if you don't have enough employees or if you decided that the person who cuts the vinyl, has to be the same person who's a sales manager with a desk, that's fine. But at least offer pre-cut vinyl like they do in other home depot locations.

Nice Home Depot a bit smaller than other locations. They still have a good selection of stuff very friendly staff. They are very helpful with all your questions and give great suggestions for all your DIY Projects. Everything is organized and easy to find.

I am a Union local 433 Ironworker that is enjoying his new woodworking hobby. Over the last 3 months I took on quite a big bite with a 3 bedroom, kitchen and garage/attic home renovation. My current DIY Home Projects: Convert Guest Bedroom into Media Center Room - Paints, Molding, and Floating Shelves. Convert overstuffed garage into capable wood and metal workshop with assorted power/hand tools, custom workbenches, shelf storage and an in/out ventilation system. Convert moldy, dusty no floor attic into a clean and commonly accecced storage area. All hardwar and tools used on these projects were purchased at 1 of my local Home Depots. This honestly should be a better rating except for one thing holding it down... I am followed by Assets Protection upon arrival every time. I will admit, there is nothing wrong with these men doing their job, but I have been coming in for years and I don't steal. How many countless hours has HD AP wasted on me? I am harrassed on my returns is what bothers me the most. Not 100% satisfied? Return it the head of the HD policy. I have been denied cash when original payment was PIN used debit. I have been told no I can't return it because it was used and I have to actually argue that it even says 90 days no questions asked right on the box. Why do you want to return it, and not the policy led is there something wrong with it them. I will bring in a mound of random leftovers in to return and have to feel the heat from any employee passing by that stops dead in their tracks when they see me and the mound. I am not shy to return items. It's the overwhelming main reason I purchase so many. Will I need 5 rolls of tape or 4? I buy 6, because I know what to do with what doesn't get used. I can afford it, and sometimes it piles up for a few months before I bring it bsck. I am underweight skinny, overly tired rings around eyes and returning like drug addict thieves with multiple different items... Ok, I understand at first... not after a years time though! Lookup my xpro and credit accounts, my entire shop is purchased from home depot. Kitchen appliances and toilets, water heater and all. yeah... I love home depot, just wished they loved me as much.

Marie in plumbing was very helpful took the extra steps to find my husband and I what we needed great costumer service!
