An amazing store with everything that you need for your THC, Delta 8, and Hookah needs. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, especially the associate Bobbie! She was so understandable, a fantastic help, and outstanding customer service. I’m new to this entire world, she walked me through everything and I mean everything, from the basics to the highly advanced stuff. I will definitely be back because of her.

I have always loved Hookah Hookup but I must say that they moved even further into my favor with the addition of their employee Bobbie!! Bobbie is amazing! She is always on point, knowledgable, caring, and helpful to me and my Girlfriend. She really knows her stuff and she is always holding the shop down. Plus she is friendly to everyone who comes into the shop, which makes for a comfortable shopper experience!
Bobbie is so nice and she helped me find mood boosting gummies. Super excited to try them. Everytime I come here I leave so happy such a positive experience. Great vibes and great staff!
Gregg P. is amazing! So helpful, knowledgeable and hilarious! I bought a lot of merchandise and it’s because of his personality! I heard he is moving to manage the Cheshire Bridge store so that’s where i’ll be going! Hookah Hookup has all smoke shop necessities so if you need to re-up this is the place.
NOT HEARING IMPAIRED FRIENDLY I called before I went to make sure they had the product I wanted. It seems there was a miscommunication and they in fact did NOT have the product, no biggie I think, lets get the rest of what I need. The person helping me turned her back and walked off. I said I'm sorry I am hearing impaired did you say something I didn't hear? The music in there was also louder than ion most businesses, but if I didn't have hearing aids I don't know if it would be too loud or not. She gestured rudely and I asked if I was bothering her. She was rude again so I left and bought my weekly products from a different vendor. I'm not sure why folks are so rude to hearing impaired.
The experience at this location was amazing! Great customer service by Gregg which was able to show me great products at the location. He was very knowledgeable and recommended the things I need from there! 5 star service for sure and definitely recommend anyone to come to this location and to see Gregg!
Had a great experience yesterday. I was looking for a vape pipe/desktop. Carlos answered questions I didn't even know I had. He understood my price range and recommended the best quality items that I could afford. The other staff were helpful and smiling including store manager Aya.
