I have worked with Susan and her team twice now. I used them to buy a condo in Shaw/Howard and then used them to sell the condo. Susan is upfront, honest, hard working, and determined to do what's best for her clients in an ethical manner. Susan's team has a great website, particularly for new construction. She knows many of the developers in town. And she fights hard to get the best deal for her client. In my my recent experience selling my condo, she took great initiative to find buyers and to research the market. She did more than the general research that many realtors can get through brokerage software programs. She went to talk to developers in the area to develop a rationale for pricing my unit and then to fully support that price to buyers. I got more than asking without the property hitting the MLS. I appreciate the way Susan listened to my concerns and my expectations. She was not afraid to push back when she needed to. And together we arrived at a plan that led to an incredibly smooth closing. I'll continue to use Susan and recommend her enthusiastically.

Susan tapped into her network and went out of her way to get me in on a new construction condo in a popular neighborhood in NW DC long before it even hit the market. I had the floor plans, pricing, and videos of the units before they went public. I was the number one person to get inside the building and secured the best 1-bedroom unit in the building that checked all the boxes, thanks to her. I now know for a fact that if I had been one day late, I would've lost the unit to the person who now lives one floor below. Susan was patient with all of my questions and happy to hop on the phone to address all of my concerns during the interim period between signing and closing which for me was unfortunately very long due to the nature of new construction projects in DC, which Susan explained to me from the beginning and I was fully aware. Susan continues to be an important resource even after closing and I am thankful to her and Alex for the role they played in securing my first home. If you are looking for new construction in DC, she's the one.

Alex and Susan were great at helping us navigate our DC home search. They were very knowledgeable- they brought up features of the homes that would affect it's value that weren't obvious to us. They always had our long term investment in mind. They were extremely responsive. We are very happy in our home, but if we ever need to move, we would definitely contact them again.
