Package pirates run rampant within the building. People steal from front doors, the common area, the mail room, and so far I've seen zero changes to how things are run to prevent this, and no one is being held accountable.
Building is simple and well keep up. Is a great area and close to your every need. People here are great neighbor’s and are welcome to new neighbors.
Nice building with secure entrance which can cause getting packages to be difficult.
I've been here since this apartment building opened in 2008. The building itself is nice and is kept up. I love the location, close to Streetcar, Buses and Max with Safeway and Plaid a half block away. I've had some good times here. Also lost a lot a good friends, may they RIP. There are some good people who live here, I can't say that about all of them and pretty sure it's the same any where.
I lived here for over five years and would not move back in. This building had switched hands at one point and the previous company to own it, did a lot of shady things. Even now, the present company, it isn’t that great. Definitely better than it was, when I first moved in but this building is a place that seems to drive property managers mad. Most of the day staff are wonderful, friendly, and helpful but don’t expect the apartment office to be open more then three days a week if you are lucky. The night staff when I live there were homophobic and transphobic doubtful this has changed, even with bring it to the attention of the property manager, nothing gets done. Despite the fact that there is a high population of trans folx living in the building. If you aren’t trans or queer or if you don’t mind rude and unwilling to do their job at night staff, this is a place for you.
Secured building. Must where mask. If u need to speak with mgmt must make appt.
