I have to say I got my engagement ring 1 year ago and I am absolutely in love with it! However, In just the 1 year since I’ve had this ring- the moment he put it on my finger the main diamond rattled. I waited until it finally rattled enough I thought I would lose it- we’ve had to travel in from NYC 2x to get it tightened. The 2nd time I got it tightened 2 days after it was rattling again. The 3rd time now is because, one of the smaller diamonds came out and now we have to go back to get it fixed. I thought overall we could save money by getting the ring here but, just having to travel constantly due to the quality of craftsmanship on the ring is really disappointing. Customer service here is great! That’s definitely the one thing that keeps us going back!
