I stopped in The Jewelry Patch to look for an engagement ring for my now Fiancé. While I loved everything they had, I wanted something unique. This was not a problem for The Jewelry Patch as custom jewelry is what they specialize in. After days of planning and working very closely with Cliff and Karen, we were able to design and create a beautiful, custom, ring that was ready in just a few days. Upon first glance at the completed ring, I was taken back by its beauty. The details on the ring are stunning, and the quality is beyond my expectations pictures posted. Everything about it is perfect and I could not have asked for a better experience. What's unique about The Jewelry Patch is that its family owned and run for over 40 years by the two amazing people that helped me design the ring, Cliff and Karen. They are both very honest and knowledgeable, and helped me tremendously during this stressful time. On-top of their great prices and their beautiful work, they treat you like family and not just a customer. After years of dealing with other jewelers, I have finally found my new go-to jeweler in NYC and plan on retuning in the near future. If you are looking for a genuine, trusted, and talented jeweler that sells high quality items and stands by their products, I highly recommended coming here! Thank you for all your help! -Ryan
Cliff & Karen are one of the most professional small business people, I’ve had the privilege of being served by. They are as attentive and inquisitive as they are wholesome and helpful. Usually going to a franchise could be easier, but Cliff & Karen provided an exceptional service and touch, that I wouldn’t bother seeking anywhere else. I will always recommend to a friend and relative. 5/5!
Karen was incredible! I had a very specific Gabriel ring in mind, but was originally told that it would take about 3 weeks to arrive because it was on back-order. I told her I was planning on proposing in 2 weeks, so I asked if there was anything she could do. She immediately hopped on the phone and after 20 min came back with a guarantee that it would arrive before the proposal date it actually arrived in just 8 business days! They re-set my existing diamond, gave a good polish, and it looks amazing! I cannot thank everyone enough for working with my budget and my time-frame. 5 stars and a recommendation forever!
We have been a part of the Jewelry Patch Family for more than 30 years! Karen, Cliff, are warm, honest, and friendly people . Their staff is the best as well. I know I can trust them. The jewelry is beautiful and trendy. I gave them all my good watches to clean and repair. They look great!
We received a beautiful gold bracelet from someone as a gift for my daughter and when the clasp broke we decided to go there and see if we could pay to have it fixed. We went and they were so friendly and helpful they told me they’d fix it for free. The customer service was so superb that I still ended up walking out purchasing something. Got a really nice pair of earrings for my daughter for a GREAT price. Really sad to see they’ve closed their store, they were one of those quality old school jewelry places that you don’t see in NYC anymore. They’ll be missed.
What an amazing experience. They helped create the perfect setting for my engagement ring. The staff is super friendly and not pushy. I did not know much about jewelry going in and they walked me through every step. Their prices are fair and the customer service I received at Jewelry Patch was worth every penny. 10/10 would recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase custom jewelry in the city.
I have been a customer of Karen and Cliff and their staff so long that they feel like family. I had them make mine and my now Husbands commitment bands in 1997. They have never wavered in their Honesty and Reliability. Their merchandise is quality and always in good taste. Their prices are more then fair and sometimes lower then expected. I recommend Jewelry Patch for ALL you jewelry needs. You will not be disappointed. Hal and John
Trustworthy Jewelers in the Heart of Midtown! Karen and Cliff have an amazing jewelry spot right in the middle of midtown 37th and 7th that can service so many of your jewelry needs. I was recommended to come see them by a co-worker when my husband got his father's wedding ring to be his own and it needed some work sizing and a deep clean at the same time I was given a vintage ring by my father-in-law as a wedding gift and being vintage it was very small so also needed to be sized. They rings were sized, polished and ready for us to pick up in about 2 days and when I tell you they looked like brand new rings, I really mean it. You couldn't tell that the metal on both had been worn for over 30 years, they sparkled and shined literally like new. I was so pleased with my experience that, when my older sister got our deceased father's wedding ring and was searching for a jewelry to entrust the task of re imagining it into a new ring, I immediately thought of the Jewelry patch. I came with my sister to pick up the ring when it was ready and Karen beautifully recreated a ring that our mother owns from pictures alone! It was an emotional moment to have a family treasure reinvented into a new piece of jewelry and both Cliff and Karen were super sweet as we had a moment in their store. While we were there I also noticed that their entire selection was 50% off so I picked up a gorgeous ring and spoke with Karen about a custom piece. If you didn't know, Karen and Cliff are amazing at what they do in CREATING new pieces. Whether you have a design in mind, or want them to help you come up with an idea, they are true artists! I will be a customer for life because the quality is amazing, they have unbeatable prices, what ever you can imagine, they can probably make and they are so darn nice! Definitely consider the Jewelry Patch for any needs you may have.
I've gotten 3 bracelets adjusted by the Jewelry Patch. Each bracelet was discussed in an upfront and kind manner. The price was reasonable and the quality of the work is really good. The first bracelet I got adjusted there, a bike chain design, still holds up to everyday use and skateboard accidents a year and a half later.
