Love this place! Super convenient, friendly staff, and competent doctors. Don't be fooled by the low prices or non-doctor-office feel. They have helped significantly with my neck pain and look forward to visiting!

This place is amazing and works miracles! I personally like Dr. Harris and Dr. Burkley! The ladies up front are very helpful and have great personalities. I’ve been a member at the joint brier creek for about 2 years now and I love it !

Recently switched from another practice and really seeing a different, more personal approach. After 20+ years of visits, many of the adjustments at The Joint have been more specific to issues that I feel and those that I don't. Really liking the more personal approach.

I’m not one to leave reviews but had to this time. If I didn’t have to pick one star I wouldn’t. They pride themselves on “no appointments and walk ins welcome” but turned down service to me. I got to their office right after 6pm still having an hour before they closed but they wouldn’t see me even though the receptionist said they weren’t busy today. She scheduled me to come back tomorrow at 6 and while I was completing the paperwork she went and told the doctor not knowing I could hear their conversation. He didn’t want to see me tomorrow although he had that appointment open and said that I needed to come back Thursday if I couldn’t come earlier in the day tomorrow or Wednesday. Then they started talking out their plans for tonight. The receptionist came back out to tell me that they were down a doctor and he was too busy to see me even though that appointment slot was open and she already scheduled me for it. This is why I don’t go to the doctor anymore because they don’t care about the patient. It’s not like I was coming for something complicated. I have upper back pain from large breasts. They didn’t even ask me why I needed to be seen. All they cared about was leaving work and what they were doing after. So unprofessional. Dont advertise late appointments and walk ins welcome if you can’t follow through with that.

Great place with great Doctors. I have been coming here for years and wouldn't change my experience. The knowledge that the doctors have & the unbeatable pricing makes this the perfect place for anyone on any budget!
