I've been coming to the Joint Chiropractic for 2 years now. Great service in a timely manner! Highly recommend Dr. Johnson. She is very professional and her adjustments have helped me a lot. Rose at the front desk is so sweet and helpful with their affordable plans and packages. Highly recommend them!

I've had chronic back pain for over a decade at age 35 and I drive over an hour, sometimes twice a week, just to see Dr. Johnson on Forest Drive. If she's not there, I come back when she's in. She's THAT good. She's professional, personable and actually take the time to explain the whats, whens, wheres and whys of the process as she's adjusting you. She always provides service with pure intent and passion which is hard to find and refreshing to have access to. Thank you Doc!!

I love The Joint. Been a customer for almost 3 years. I love the flexibility to come in when I need it. Dr. Johnson and Dr. Boyd always take great care of me. I injured myself lifting weights, and they had me back in business within a few days. Thanks for keeping me able to do what I love.

This review is in reference to a representative that I just spoke with on November 2, 2022. Time stamp was 8:48am HST, took about 7 minutes before she decided to hang up on me while I was talking, as well as remaining respectful with what I was saying. She completely disregarded my concerns about their business transactions on my account. Her tone was very condescending, and did not try to gain assistance from someone else to resolve my issue. I did not feel like a customer that did business with them previously and I also felt like she doesn’t care about the businesses mission for their customers. Which is from my understanding is Health and wellness. If you work somewhere where customers are being taken care of regarding their health and wellness, there should be some type of understanding, compassion, or empathy possessed. I did not experience anything, I felt as if she was there just for the paycheck. Customer service is a lost art at this point unfortunately. Please offer customer classes or some type of training on how to treat customers moving forward, or at least hire someone who has more passion for to assist the public. Also, she did not disclose her name unfortunately.

Shawna, the admin/ front desk, was incredibly helpful when I needed a copy of my medical record. She went out of her way to ensure I was taken care of. Kudos to the Joint for hiring such an outstanding person to work directly with patients and customers.

I found my new Chiropractor! Rose was kind and professional. Dr. Pough was attentive, thorough and made me feel very comfortable. I felt like a new person after my adjustment. Great experience!

I had hip pain for weeks and finally gave into my neighbor’s suggestion that I go here. I am so glad I did! The chiropractor I saw was able to identify exactly where my problem spots were and gave me a treatment that targeted my problems areas as well as some spots I didn’t realize were issues. I’ve dealt with back, hip and neck pain for so long I didn’t even realize how I’d just learned to live with it until she released the stiffness in that area. This is definitely a new part of my routine self care.

Checking in is swiftly, just scan ur key card and wait ur turn. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful and the doctor's/healers are knowledgeable and efficient. They know what they doing and I ALWAYS come out new and refreshed, meaning my bones are aligned again. No waisting time with arranging appointments, u can even get "fixed" on ur break. I just love this place.

####Beware##### of this place Complete theifs. I came to this place because my son was in great pain on his birthday and his doctor referral was not until about a month from the incident. He needed assistance right then so I went to the joint. I explained to front desk staff that he would be seeing a doctor before the month. She explained to me that it was fine and that I could cancel within the next 30 days to not be charged again. With that being said it sounded like we were well taken care of. When I went to cancel like I was told I could I was told that I had to stay there a minimum of 62 days 2 months and 2 days from the date of purchase. When I explained that I was told something completely different all they had for me was a little sorry. That's not ok what so ever, I told them I didn't even feel comfortable with coming because of the snake like way they got me to start the membership. I didn't even use the 2 visits left on the account and I won't be using the month they charged me for the next month because I was disgusted the integrity of this place. I will be refering the issue to my lawyer with my witnesses who heard the front desk tell me such lies. Disgusted!!! They still have not canceled me even though I asked them to weeks ago.

I walked in with lower back pain and walked out with no pain. Simple, easy and right when I needed it. The doctors are the best. They make suggestions on how to take care of your body to avoid back pain.
