If they would be sure to send all the grocery ads and on time consistently would be great. Often late, often missing when do finally arrive and often there will be one ad that the machine has ripped up because the grabbers or the belts on equipment not adjusted properly. While I don't get paper for news since most other ways to get updated news I do prefer store ads via old school paper. I don't even attempt Sunday paper for ads anymore because my area while in the metro I am not Johnson county so we only get ads if don't run out while running the machines. Dotte is last!

I used to have the newspaper delivered to my house. However ever since we stopped the service, they have continued calling us with offers we don't want. We have asked them repeatedly to stop calling and soliciting but they continue to do so. Don't buy from a company that refuses to honor your requests!

This is one of the worst customer service sites I've used. The first time I attempted to use the automated function and when It asked me to respond and I did, it disconnected me. The second time I asked for an agent and she spoke broken English so bad, I could barely understand her. For a newspaper that tells everyone how things should be and at $60+ a month, you'd think you could at least have decent Customer Service. Automated voice isn't Customer Service, it's a recording.

Great paper. Good sports. Love the comics and the Comics & Puzzles extra on Sunday.
