The Keith Corporation

They came into Florida without knowing the landscape. They used people to navigate around and don't want to pay agents when they help them procure leases. It's very bothersome when people take advantage of others for personal gain. I can not in good faith recommend anyone doing business with the Keith Corporation. They have the same attitude as the Trump organization- don't pay contractors or RE agents.

My company Fastframe has been a vendor of the Keith Corporation for many years. They are always professional and filled with creativity. There is always a great exchanging of ideas which makes them a joy to work with.

I've worked with TKC as a consultant for the last 11 years. I have interacted with all levels of the development team and they are one of the best firms to work with. Everyone seems to the the absolute best at what they do. I have also worked with a lot of their contractors they hire and other consultants and have heard the same story, professional, reasonable, top notch group. I love working with them.

As an owner of rental property, I am very happy to be working with the team at The Keith Corporation. They are quick to resolve any issues and are genuinely concerned for the interests of the owner of the property as well as my tenants. They create a win/win for both owner and tenant.
