Loc Extensions/Repair/Maintenance are the most requested services. We get so many questions about what loc extensions are, pricing, & maintenance. Loc Extensions are a form of starting locs for those who may not want to go through the beginning stages of starting locs or who may just want to add length to existing locs. A person may also choose this option because of the texture of their hair (soft, wavy, curly).

Although the end result will look like you've had locs for years, your hair will still go through stages as if you were just starting locs. Normally your hair and the extension will fuse after several months of matting and tangling. We also offer service for temporary loc extensions/faux locs. This style is NOT meant to be worn longer than 2 months. There is a significant difference between temporary & permanent loc extensions. In order to obtain this style, your hair must be at least 2 1/2 inches long.

Just like any braid service, loc extensions require a lot of skill and training. The service is also very lengthy, it can take anywhere between 6-12 hours. Prices for loc extensions vary. Prices are based on size and length. The starting price is $200. Length for the starting price is 5-6 inches and $20 per inch after. You 1st need to schedule a consultation. WE DO NOT perform this service without a consultation. Consultations are FREE! Consultations cover education on loc extensions & assessment of your hair. Deposits cover hair needed to start extensions & a scheduled date of appointment. WE DO NOT perform this service without a deposit.
