Not only can you really not shop in here with out being caged in or trapped but you also get the opportunity to see washed up politicians like Vernon Jones standing in line for money orders… OK I’ll give it two stars for the potential to see washed up celebrities.

Wish I could rate 0. I am very dissatisfied with the service I’ve received at the Kroger Pharmacy on 590 Cascade Ave SW, Atlanta, GA 30310 and have also experienced this at other locations. At many Kroger pharmacies I’ve called, you can hear the employees answer the phone and place it back down and mute the phone to get customers to hang up. I’ve experienced this too many times and no one should have to be given the runaround to receive medicine. For someone that is immobile, I am unable to go in and can’t always have someone drive there in time so I rely on phone services. I don’t know if this will be taken seriously because what big corporation does, but please consider if this were your parent, child or loved one in need of care and your paid employees are deliberately and passive aggressively denying service while being paid on the clock.

The West End Kroger is a little tired but generally clean and well stocked. The staff are friendly. Wait times can be long but you can usually predict this by what's going on that day, etc. They're clearance, or Manager's Specials, aisle usually has some good finds. Same with the clearance meat bin.

I visited the kiosk inside the Kroger for renewing my car registration. I scanned the renewal notice and it brought up all three of my cars. I selected all three cars them put in my debit card and out popped the three registrations complete with tags.

This Kroger is in a predominantly Black neighborhood, so be prepared for subpar EVERYTHING including & especially customer service. After a certain time at night, they lock the aisle which stores baby formula. Management REFUSED to accommodate a lady who needed to buy milk for her infant. Fifteen minutes prior to close, they deny store entry. A guy needed just one item. However, Kroger security turned him away. Lady butcher declined cutting my fresh salmon. I challenged her by asking if it was store policy that customers may only buy it whole. Once I requested to speak to a manager, she finally cut the salmon for me. You'll never get this low quality unwelcoming experience at their Sandy Springs location. I hate this Kroger.

I stand in line for 10 minutes just to be told that myself and 4 other customers are to go to another because this line will be closing which only leaves one other cashier line open. Once we moved to the other line which causes confusion with other customers that are approaching the line as well. Kroger must do better the past 5 times I have been in this location the lines are extremely long and only 2 cashier's at a time. Terrible past few experiences

Worst service ever, waited at the money center for 10 minutes, no one was there. When somebody finally appeared they walked right past me and didn’t say anything… then another employee… same thing. It’s 9 degrees outside and I’m wearing a giant orange coat. So I’m pretty sure they saw me. It’s a shame I try to shop within the community but service like this is why I’d rather travel a little further to Little 5 Points or Glenwood locations. Smh…

Count your pills from this pharmacy!! This Kroger Pharmacy is by far the worst I have ever encountered. They have given me 2 prescriptions with incorrect quantities. My prescription was written up for qty 30 pills and they have shorted me twice now on the same prescription. I did not know that I needed to count my pills but with this pharmacy I advise that you do. I asked them to provide me proof of the counted pills with a document stating who counted them date and time including a picture of the amount of pills counted on that day. The incompetent pharmacist tried to only give me a picture of the counted pills from her phone and this was her proof. No document were provided. The pharmacist has a jamaican accent. zero stars.

This store is dirty and never stocked. This particular visit I came for Gatorade for my daughter’s snack and as you can see there’s none on the shelf. Notice the condition of the floors as well. As I approached the cart corral I found a man covered in his own fluids and passed out. By the time I left emergency services had come to assist him. This was 3 pm on a Tuesday. I won’t shop here anymore. I contacted the corporate office and their response was that they would pass the feedback on. It’s sad that our neighborhood grocery store is in this state.

Amazing Kroger! They always have the items that other Krogers don’t like dragonfruit Red Bull. The produce is fresh and store is super clean. Super friendly staff!! This is my favorite Kroger! The manager, Prince, is super nice and cares about the community
