The Lamp Shoppe

I had been searching high and low for a pair of tall buffet lamps in an old gold or antique brass finish. I visited numerous antique and consignment stores in two cities and scoured the internet to no avail. Happened to peek in the window of the Lamp Shoppe on a Saturday afternoon when the store was closed and thought they had some things that suited my taste and style. The following week, I sent a picture of my foyer table to Barry, and he immediately sent back pictures of what he had that might work. I went back to the store and purchased four gorgeous lamps from him--two for my foyer, and two others I couldn't resist. As others have said, Barry is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. This is THE place to go for lamps.

This post went on Yelp 3 months ago, thought I posted it on Google as well but that didn’t happen, so here goes… This wonderful establishment is "The Whole Package", bar none! On my first visit in late December I met Barry and was welcomed as if I had been patronizing their shop for many years. I briefly explained the problem I was having with my floor lamp which was in my car. He said let's take a look and after doing so immediately knew what the issue was, it was fixed shortly thereafter. I have been in twice since, always warmly welcomed and treated with exemplary customer care. I have also asked for some referrals for various services for which they have given great recommendations. Not only are they the BEST in repair work, but when you walk in this well appointed shop you are immediately surrounded by gorgeous lamps, shades, accessories and antiques. and smiling faces They give new meaning to the phrase "exemplary customer care and repair", do NOT go anywhere else, they definitely are "The Real Deal!"

I just got back from getting my lamp fixed and The Lamp Shoppe and couldn't wait to write a review. They were so nice--they repaired my lamp while I waited and because i was a first time customer didn't even charge me. Those guys are pros! Don't search anymore--just go to The Lamp Shoppe in Buckhead. Easy parking, beautiful shop, super nice people. You'll be glad you did.

Took my friend to get her lamp repaired. They repaired it same day only took about a couple of minutes. She is very happy she didn't have to leave it. She is 88 so she asked me to do the review.

I had such an amazing experience here. Upon bringing my lamp in, the problem was diagnosed, and fixed in less than 10 minutes. And the pricing was super reasonable. 5 star service. I’ll definitely be back if I need repairs in the future.

For everything from antique lamps, furniture and lamp repairs, this store team goes above and beyond for their clients. Wonderful shop you can spend hours in while having your lamps repaired and getting advice for new furnishings. I love The Lamp Shoppe Atlanta!

Probably one of the best places in Georgia to shop for unique, high-end, and specialty chandeliers and lamps. Friendly staff and well priced items fill this store.

Look no further for all your lamp repair needs! Walked in with a broken shade-less lamp, walked out 30 minutes later with a perfectly repaired lamp and fabulous lamp shade! Stephen couldn’t have been more delightful to work with. I’ve already referred clients to him and will continue to do so!
