I STRONGLY recommend Jason Baltz as your attorney. I was being charged for a class G felony business theft over $10k. The prosecution wanted 2 years in prison and 59K in restitution. Thanks to Jason I received only 2 years probation and 23k in restitution. He was my angel through everything. Strong communication skills and extremely dedicated to making sure I was taken care of. It was my first offense and I was so scared. I absolutely owe him my life. Thank you Jason!!! Your the best! And also a wonderful family man, just adding that :)

Attorney Baltz has been first rate with me since day one. He is professional, personable, and most importantly knowledgeable about the law. He spoke at great length with me about the particulars of my case prior to my even retaining him. He went above and beyond in answering all of my questions and I count myself fortunate to have him in my corner.

Mr. Jason Baltz is professional, accessible, experienced and will treat your case with the utmost importance. I know since I have used Mr. Baltz for many legal matters. I used Mr. Baltz in a DUI defense, which he reduced in Dane County, as well as a referral for several felonies, which he also reduced to disorderly conducts. I have also used Mr. Baltz for business representation in establishing agreements, LLC's and assisting in year end filings. Mr. Baltz is a straight shooter, very affordable and has a wide network of contacts in the industry which he leverages to get best possible outcome. Mr. Jason Baltz should always be your first call, anyone who says otherwise has an ax to grind with either the D.A., the judge or the system---which Mr. Baltz cannot control. What he can control is delivering valued service that will ALWAYS get you the best possible outcome. I stand behind his work 100%.

I was initially very reluctant to retain an attorney as this was my 2nd DWI, but after an almost 20+ first offense. I was already informed, from my own research, the costs of the possible fines, insurance, license, assessment, and traffic education costs. I was primarily concerned about this being on my driving record as well as the vast costs as I am a sem-retired disabled person living on Social Security and I already had planned on a volunteership abroad. I believed that in allowing Mr. Baltz to take over this for me that my best interests would be taken into consideration and that if any , possibly diminished or reduced penalties would have been given me....as there were circumstances which violated my civil rights upon the arrest and hold, and other "hearsay" conversations. But no, nada, absolutely nothing was different when I received the e-mail after returning from my 6 months overseas assignment. Basically I paid $2,500 for an attorney who states he went through the procedures of representing and fighting for me but was not able to even reduce anything different than what it would have cost me without an attorney. In fact, I now learned from the MOP classes that I am attending that I got a really bad lawyer.....that is what I was told from my intricate group. I really believe that anyway that retains Attorney Baltz should really, really, and I do mean really analyze his expertise, game plan, and how much time he is willing to involve himself in your case. I think I was just on really bad timing as he just had another birth of a child of I think number 4 or 5. But hey this is the good news. My volunteer work overseas was quite successful and I am welcomed back...which I plan on returning. In conclusion, DO NOT RETAIN JASON BALTZ FOR DWI ATTORNEY.
