Worst attorney you could consider hiring. Don’t waste your time nor money. He isn’t prepared for court and doesn’t prep his clients for what is coming. Probably should be disbarred!

i had to fire this guy and spent 4 months firing him from my case that he openly botched and cost me 3000$ the only work he did was when he finally filed to remove himself from the case even after being fired in court numerous times , then he tried billing me for more services after he was fired 4 months prior ..

I called this law firm because I couldn't find another Laramie lawyer who wasn't "full up" on cases. The representative I talked to told me that MR Learned would have no issues dealing with me. Two weeks later still no initial consultation. Then when finally a consultation was made they asked to make it telephonic and then when the time came no contact. Not only did this law firm not help me but it wasted my time. No follow up to reschedule, no apology, just silence. I will recommend to anybody who asks not to bother with this law firm.
