The technician was very efficient. A clean pick unlocking my house door. Within seconds literally my door was unlocked without any damage to my deadbolt. Very impressive. I was given a time frame and the technician arrived quickly. I was glad for things to go smoothly. Excellent work.
Thank you for responding so quickly to my lockout in Nolensville Sept 3rd, 2024. However, I'm disappointed that I found damage to my door; I noticed yesterday. My home is newly built 3 yrs, and I requested to please avoid damage. It took 3 minutes to open the door with pressure cuffs, and I was charged $120. I felt ripped off and price gouged because of my zipcode. For these reasons, I would not recommend your company. I do plan to express my dissatisfaction regarding price and damage with online reviews. I will mention that your representative was nice and that your company responded quickly to resolve my lockout. Honest Review Overall the service Quick and Convenient! Service took about 45 minutes to make a remote key for my car 2004 Honda. Price - Prior to service, phone representative advised the price would be $150 starting, my service ended up being $275. I really would have appreciated a more accurate price range prior to my appointment. Overall - I recommend this company because the job was complete within 1 day of calling.
These guys were amazing! They came to change the locks of our new home and were very communicative and prompt. I especially appreciated that they pointed out an issue with one of our doors and did what they could with the door handle and lock configuration to remedy it. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!
I would like to commend Fast Locksmith. I called them and checked to see if they had anyone to replace my lock on my front door ASAP. I had called others but could not come. The locksmith came soon afterwards and quoted the price before installing the lock. He was very nice, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He had the work done fast. I would definitely use them again. Thank you.
Servicer was EXTREMELY kind, helpful and relatively efficient! Wasnt able to make able to get a key on the spot as advertised and pricing is abysmal. Genuinely I hope you won’t ever need to use this service. Simply unlocking the door was just under $200 let alone if you need a tow and/or new key made.

It was a little ify trying to meet up but when we did my guys were above and beyond!! Very professional and courteous!! So much that I've already hired them to come back to do another job!! He was here ready to work the next morning even in the rain!! That's dedicated!! Then the emotional and dedication I saw when he got an emergency call of a baby locked in a car, I was so moved, I didn't care we have to reschedule!! Fabulous technician - friendly and nice- who saved my butt when my keys were locked in my car. Thing is, car’s not supposed to lock with key fobs especially with brand new batteries inside so I’m still not sure HOW that happened. I got to see how car doors get unlocked these days; method is cooler than the old days of slim jims and wire coat hangers. I am SO happy I didn’t have to buy new fobs!!! I wish my technician had come at promised time but I do understand being busy and am grateful Thanks, all!
