The Long Room

I hosted an event for work here and it was fantastic! The folks here are very accommodating and know of to pull off a successful event. I also had lunch here on a separate occasion and the food and drinks were delicious! We loved everything!

Neat bar with old charm. Bartender was great but food service was not as good. The food we had was tasty but there was a large party and the kitchen was behind but they didn’t tell us until 20 minutes after we ordered and asked where our food was.

Excellent bar to refresh after Times Square. Cold beer and nice bar food with very friendly service.

Would come back for the Bbq bourbon wings got two orders it was so good and has a great atmosphere to grab drinks and food with friends — get canned beverages since the cocktails don’t fill the glass.

We ordered 2 different types of pizzas, spinach and artichoke dip and a couple of drinks. The drinks were pretty good but other than that it wasn’t a great experience at all. The pizzas tasted incredibly weird almost stale bread and the dip wasn’t very good at all. The water had stuff in it and the lady waiting us wasn’t really around to help with that. The one thing I appreciate is that they overcharged us with an extra drink which I realized the next day which the manager resolved promptly over the phone but overall the dine-in experience wasn’t very good.

A lovely space near Times Square, and great service, but as someone who didn't want to drink they were all out of zero alcohol beer, and the soft drink carbonation was off with no soft drink options from a can - meaning I had to just sit there and drink water while my friends were drinking. Would appreciate more non-alcohol options. Fries were tasty though.

Great bar got a glow up since the last time I was there, AMAZING bar service, and solid pub food. A very good martini and tasty cocktails. Not loud and a great place to grave a drink, meal, and catch-up.Food: 4/5

Went here for dinner while staying in NYC. Walked in and were seated quickly. Ordered waters to drink for we were just there to eat. Got waters from waiter then he walked away without asking what else we would like. He then continued to help others around us. Another woman then came and took our food order. While waiting for our food to come out, we overheard the waiter talking to another worker saying how we just ordered food and the other table just ordered drinks and how it was all “totally backwards”. This annoyed me because it was only 8PM, not prime bar time and the place was not near full so it was not like we were taking a table from him. We then received our appetizer and food which I must say was really good! However, we sat there with empty waters for a long time. We had to wave a female worker over to ask if she could please get us some more water and ketchup. She nodded then went to some other tables. Next thing you know she goes and continues to talk to the male coworker and then goes back to the bar area dancing around while we continued to sit without drinks. I then turned around and asked again if we could please get some water and she then finally filled our glasses. When then asked about the ketchup she said it was sent back to the kitchen, and then continued to just stand at the bar instead of going to look into that. Once we finished our meals we sat there for awhile until our table was cleared and we received our check. This was all very unfortunate because the food was good, but it was just ridiculous how rude the staff was just because we did not order drinks.

Poor service. Server was curt and looked unhappy to be there, but hey we all have our bad days, right? When we asked for some ketchup and mustard, it took about 15 minutes to arrive and was just mustard. Food was okay. When I stood up and walked over to the server to pay for our meal discreetly away from the table, the manager approached me from the behind and said if I had a problem to speak to the manager and not the server. I told her that I simply wished to pay, and she let me speak to the server. Not returning back here.

Had Christina at the bar. Got a few The Trinitys they were incredible. Lightly spicy habanero infused tequila drink. Asked for tequila shots that were cocktail-y and she made us something great that was lightly sweet. Great experience overall. Loved the atmosphere, drinks and quick service
