For women who experience issues with their cycles she can help alleviate common aches and pains and get the body regulated. She's truly made a huge positive difference in the quality of my life. I've also recovered quicker from colds and have not had severe fall allergies in years. Heather's calm & caring personality make each visit feel like coffee with a friend.  I would highly recommend her.
