We attended a class at the weekend, it was a great introduction to massage. There are two different classes that you can take, I would recommend starting with the back, head and feet class.  The instructor was knowledgeable, friendly and gave good instruction. It was the perfect way to spend an afternoon!

We loved learning the basics of massage. The instructors made sure everyone was comfortable and offered personalized suggestions and instructions while we were practicing our technique.
