The Love Store

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The information in the store versus what's on the receipt is very contradictive. In the store, it States all sales are final. On the receipt it states 'We will accept exchanges for unworn apparel and footwear with attached original tags, Unopened apparel packages, comma unused items in their original sealed packaging and DEFECTIVE products within 30 days of the purchase date with a receipt.' I received a defective product and went back to the store within 3 days of purchase. I attempted to exchange the unused defective product and was refused. Won't be shopping at The Love Store again.

Incredible store. Nothing like this from my local area. Jayia was very helpful in helping me out the selections of the products. I'll be in town all summer, visit this location frequently.

Look for Sukki and Tristan. 110% no bs, unbelievably knowledgeable on all my questions and concerns about toys, lubes, ect. Will definitely recommend this place, I'll certainly be coming back!!!

I love this store and most of the employees that work here. I'm there regularly as my job requires new toys all the time. But the amount of disrespect I witnessed today from your red head employee Lacy was ridiculous. She was extremely rude to my husband and the other employees working there. I'm still leaving 5 stars because this is my favorite store in all of vegas but something needs to be done about this nasty employee you have. I tried to ignore her disrespect as I was checking out, but check out couldn't happen faster than she was running her mouth. Hope I never have to encounter her again. Disgusting.

Usually when I'm here, I have a phenomenal experience. The staff is always super friendly and attentive. Tonight on the other hand, the two employees on shift would deter me from shopping there anymore. My husband and I walked in at about 1:30am. We were greeted by the male on shift shorter, copper colored hair. The woman taller, with braids didn't say anything. We had wandered around the store browsing items, talking amongst ourselves, discussing products. Started with the lingerie, made a full circle around the store, and ended up back at the lingerie in front of the register. We were in the store for maybe about 20 minutes before we decided to leave. Not once were we approached and asked if we needed help finding anything. The woman was on her phone the whole time and the man looked like he was focused on inventory. If they were focused on inventory, that's fine.... But since there were two employees on shift, one of them could have stopped to at least offer assistance. Needless to say, this company won't be getting my business while these two employees are on shift.

Came week ago from the UK, I was greeted by Ismael a very informative individual and Janae very kind full and optimistic person. Both were aiding me in my first time in adult store in the US. Both very knowledgeable as well. I love the toy they recommend me. I love to give it 5 stars but I give it 4 because the overpriced tags kill me there other than that love the service.

My husband and I were feelin' the love in The Love Store, haha! Just kidding! Good experience though. We were helped by Kierra and she was great! Knowledgeable about the products, honest about the quality, and super friendly not in-your-face, bubblegum friendly but just really chill and nice. She even knew about the warranties for each item we discussed, which most people in any kind of store have to look that stuff up. The store itself was clean with a good variety and the rest of the staff was friendly, too.

Chelsea was great in helping me and my girlfriend find the right product for us, she was friendly, knowledgeable and very charismatic.

I was very nervous to go into any stores like this, I didn’t want to feel judged or uncomfortable, and lupe made it an awesome experience for me! He made the trip to the store worth it. Super funny and respectable guy, I’m glad that he was there to help me out! Definitely recommend

I've drove by this place for years, I've always wanted to stop by and check it out, but I was too embarrassed. I finally work up the courage and I'm glad I did, Because it was a fantastic experience. The staff members Kayla very helpful and made me feel very comfortable.
