Went there to buy a prom dress for my sister but turns out they were super RACIST. As soon as the lady saw us she wanted us out of that store immediately JUST BECAUSE WE WERE BLACK??? Might as well have a banner outside that says “for white people only” This is really not cool the lady treated me and my sister very inhumanly. She told her she was “too small” and instantly requested other stores when there were dresses her size available.DO NOT RECOMMEND!
My recent Christmas shopping at the store had mixed feelings. The men's section impressed, but the women's side left me feeling unnoticed… well actually I was noticed but not acknowledged. While two employees were present, I wasn't greeted and felt followed, in contrast to others who received an instant greeting and assistance upon entering. So I was noticed enough to be followed. On a positive note, the store had a fantastic holiday selection for tartan lovers and a commendable Barbour collection. Overall, mixed feelings due to the lack of acknowledgment and the unsettling feeling of being followed around.
Very upset and buyer should beware. If you pay cash you will not get cash back. Bought necklaces for my wife and not cheap. Paid cash and they are not her style and only in tow few days so no need for 300 credit when paid cash. I do t know how they get away with that and poor customer service
Every season is celebrated here! Well organized, friendly, sparkling helpful and a fun place to shop, Dresses that flatter Every figure. My friend was in town and we found her a gorgeous dress, shoes, earrings, hair band, necklace - her entire outfit beautiful & a fantastic price! Huge inventory great selection for special occasions & travel.
I hate having to review this because I've been a happy frequent shopper of the Lucky Knot for several years now but unfortunately I just had such a tasteless experience. Let me also add that the reason I've loved the Lucky Knot so much in the past is because I've never felt discriminated for being among the younger shopper oh yea and I'm hispanic too. They have always treated me kindly and I've been treated just as there, what I guess you could say is there regular kind of customers. So, on Saturday, January 20, 2024, at approximately 6:40pm I was in Old Town getting ready to have dinner with my family but stopped at the Lucky Knot to look for a luggage tag, as I am preparing for my 1st trip to Spain, yea I know SUPER Exciting!!! Well, since I was in a hurry to catch up with my family, I asked the older white associate if she could direct me to where I might find a luggage tag? She looked at me with a very snobby face and told me they did not have any luggage tag and perhaps I should go to CVS!!! I obviously would want a luggage tag with greater quality and style then, something I could find at CVS! After this unsettling experience I am going to think twice about coming back to the Lucky Knot again.
I would like to thank Jessica and Paige ? think this was the other clerk for their outstanding customer service. I bought a few items that were displayed on the sales rack and when I went home, I realized that I was charged full price. Although I'll have to return these items because I bought them thinking they were on final sale, I really appreciated the extra time and effort Jessica and Paige took to help me. They were helpful, courteous, detailed and kind. This store is immaculately organized. I always find the store to be impeccably organized, very eye catching, how they display by color, of classic style and great quality for the price. I love to check out their sale rack on the second floor. They also have a wonderful formal and cocktail dress section for formal events.
Lovely!!! Gifts and clothing artfully displayed for the holidays!! Accessories are “just the things” for special occasions or casual evening daywear. Too bad I had no room in my suit case or I would have emptied the store!!
This shop is super cute and has a lot of great apparel for both men and women. Their accessories and handbags are adorable, fashionable, and at a reasonable price. The apparel can get a bit pricey, but all of it is eye-catching and seems to be of high quality. They also have an incredible almost hidden large section of formal dresses! So if you're looking for a unique dress for your next formal event, you should certainly stop by and check out their great selection!
We were going for dinner and walked by this store. Went in on a whim because my daughter liked a dress. I have to say, this was a surprising gem. Not only the amazing variety of clothing and sizes, but the beautiful displays. My daughter quickly ran upstairs to try on the dress, but we had to go because of dinner reservations. We actually left before dessert to get back before it closed. Sales people downstairs were helpful and courteous without being pushy. Although I had planned on buying nothing the best part of the store visit came when I tried on my first dress. The stylist upstairs recommended similar fit, colors and dresses that she thought would be ideal for my body. I know generally what I love and what looks good but her recommendations were spot on! My friend never purchases anything but black but ended up with a stylish jumpsuit, top, and the most amazing necklace that worked for both. All recommended by the stylist there. I ended up with two dresses and a half zip sweater that were terrific. You have to stop here if in the area. They have something to suit all!
I went there to look at the summer shoes and Megan and the other very nice sales associate were as sweet as can be. The store is very clean and nice. It’s cozy and when I peaked at the sizes they, had nice variations for different body types. They have very high quality items, and the jewelry was cute too. I am so sorry I forgot the other young ladies name. Their customer service was amazing. Thanks for being so sweet and accommodating. I’ll see you all again soon.
