I had luggage that I needed repaired. They do not repair luggage but were able to provide a referral. The gentleman took his time while talking to me. I appreciate the service and referral. If my luggage can't be repaired. I'll  be stopping by to checkout the offerings.

Staff was extremely nice and we'll knowledged and candid. I only wish more companies we're like them. They even let me borrow a real of paper for test fitting in the luggage!

Bought a large Delsey suitcase on 06/08/19. I paid $200, got home, looked on Amazon and same suitcase is $129 with free shipping. So basically I got ripped off. No refunds allowed either, very convenient.

The manager Dan Caruthers has really bad attitude. We drive all the way down for get the 10 years warranty bag repair they are the only carrier of the brand without concerned our inconvenience they told us in a really rude way
