Seeking out an wrongful death attorney is not something anyone has on their “to do” list but unfortunately it became the item foremost on my “to do” list.  We have jobs, family, hobbies, commitments, so the last thing we want, is to add something to our “to do” list.  It is a strange journey, uncomfortable, challenging, time consuming, physically exhausting but all the while your primary concern is understanding and rectifying the wrong that your family member has experienced.  I felt it was absolutely necessary to take action and find the right people to represent my case. John and Carla Mabrey stood by my side through the whole process (2 years) with support, understanding and the knowledge to find the root cause.  They were relentless in their efforts, putting their own agendas aside to focus on the case.  They were forthright, keeping me informed and helping me prepare for what is required in due process.  You may or may not get all of your questions answered but they will certainly do everything they can possibly do within the legal system to bring your case to justice.  I can do nothing but give them praise for the job that they did for me.  I would highly recommend The Mabrey Firm to represent you.  If you have been wronged, let them make it right.

One of the best legal firms in Atlanta! When John Mabrey  had agreed to represent me in a wrongful death suit case involving the death of my mother, his dedicated team of individuals went right to work on my case.  When the case eventually went to trial, John  did a great job in presenting the facts, and we won the case! He truly is an excellent trial attorney. I am now able to find peace and closure for the loss of my mother.  I would highly recommend The Mabrey Firm!

The Mabrey Firm was recommended to us after a medical mistake disabled my husband. They represented us when other attorneys rejected our case.  And they brought in specialists that made recommendations for care that have helped us immensely.  I recommend them without hesitation.
