Loaded quick, but waiting 4 hours for BOL. Terrible company.
I purchased a box of Manischewitz Whole Wheat Matzos on April 29, 2022 at Stop & Shop Store Number 2580 Bayside, NY 11360 Location. The Box was supposed to contain 9 Matzos, but only had 8 Matzos inside. I counted the Matzos several times, just to make sure that 1 piece of Matzos was indeed missing from the box. Without speculating as to what actually happened, there was either a Quality Control Problem at the Factory or a Deliberate action by the Manischewitz Company to Shortchange their Customers. I will Never Again purchase any products from the Manischewitz Company !!!
It is impossible to reach customer service to discuss a problem with their Homestyle potato latke mix ... hard particles in mix ! Customer service mailbox is full. Tried marketing ..... mailbox is full ... Tried HR and requested a call back
For the second time in the past two months I am very disappointed I buy the package the reduced matzoh ball soup mix the first time I got to matzo packs in the box the second time I got no markings and I didn’t know which was which and now today I open another one and I have two matzoh balls again very disappointing sorry
