I would love to give this place 5 stars, but our comforter was dirty. We didnt realize this until our last day, when we were leaving. Everything else was fine. It's very cozy and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Check in and out was easy. Perfect location. So close to everything.
It did not live up to the pics BUT the staff was AWESOME. Other than that the ratings would be a NEGATIVE. It's a great distance from the nightlife NYC has to offer.
The room was sufficient but dated. Staff were generally friendly but we're unable to accommodate an early check-in request. I had issues connecting to and and purchasing wifi. For the price I would have expected a bit more.
The service is very good front desk and cleaning service, the room I stayed in is very small 501 and the only window faces a brick wall a few feet away, therefore the room was dark. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure.
